A lot of our tenants had similar questions to the ones you may be asking yourself. Below is a list of some of those questions along with some additional information.
What are your hours?
Our Manager’s office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Complex hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 pm seven days a week. The gate opens and closes automatically with no codes to remember.
Is the facility secure?
Yes. Our facility features gated access and 24-hour video surveillance to help protect you and your belongings at all times.
Why climate controlled storage?
Temperature controlled units are designed to keep the humidity out, protecting your items from the heat brought on by the hot Florida sun.
What can be stored in a self storage unit?
Self-storage is an excellent option for storing overflow of many different types of materials from your home or business. When you need a little more space around your home or place of work, but aren’t quite ready to part with your items, self-storage is an excellent solution.
What about RV/Boat Storage?
G&L can provide you with the extra space you need to store your recreational vehicle while it isn’t in use.
Do you ever hold auctions?
Yes. Storage unit auctions are held periodically, online, through StorageTreasures.com.
What about a lock?
You are welcome to use your own lock. Need to purchase one? Key locks are available for sale at the office.
